This spreadsheet lets you design the beam capacity including the allowable spacing of parallel bars even for three (3) layers of tension and compression reinforcement. It also includes a dynamic visual aid of the cross-section of the beam!

How to use:

1. Plug-in the necessary data in the “Input” sheet including moment capacity, beam thickness, width, concrete cover, etc.

2. Go to the “Analysis of Reinforced Beam” and choose the beam you want to analyze at the “Beam Mark”
