Weekly Workout Log
This Spreadsheet allows you to log and monitor your exercise routine on a daily and weekly basis. Each day after your exercise routine, simply input that routine into the corresponding fields. At the end of each week, the Weekly Summary is automatically updated to show your most up to date progress.
