This Spreadsheet allows you to log key fitness measurements and monitor progress from week to week. Your Spreadsheet will come will come with your name and a chart of nineteen different fitness measures. Start by entering beginning measurements for everything you want to track. Then at the end of the first week, retake your all of your measurements. After you have completed your retakes, you will instantly be able to view any changes that occur from the previous week’s measurement. You only have to enter each measurement one time. This is because once you enter a measurement at the end of a week, it automatically carries over as the beginning measure for the next week. Repeat this process at the end of each week and you will have a detailed account of how you got the body you wanted over time.
