This is my basic version of an exercise programming template for coaches and personal trainers. This version allows for you to input client or athlete names and then use the drop down menu in the template to select each one individual. It also has an array of exercises broken down by olympic lifts, strength (squat, bench, deadlift), and muscle groups (legs, back, etc.). The sets and reps are also in drop downs.
